Prices and additional charges

Hunt fees and sourcing fees are shown on the website or in the customer quote. Product price, domestic Japanese delivery, international delivery, insurance, customs duties and destination-country taxes may apply in addition.

Payment timing and methods

Hunt fees are paid before search work begins. Product and sourcing charges are paid after the customer approves a sourcing proposal and before we place the Japanese retailer order. Supported methods are shown on the secure payment page.

Service / delivery timing

Standard searches normally run for up to 7 calendar days; Rare Hunt searches for up to 14 calendar days. Product delivery timing depends on retailer fulfillment, customs and the international carrier and will be estimated before purchase.

Cancellation / returns

Hunt fees are non-refundable once search work begins. Product cancellations or returns after a retailer order is placed are subject to the retailer's policy and non-recoverable costs. If we procure the wrong item due to our error, we will work to correct or refund the affected service/product amount as appropriate.
