How we use it

We use this data to identify products, contact you, prepare quotes, purchase and ship orders, prevent abuse, keep transaction records and improve our sourcing database.

Service providers

We may share only the data needed with payment processors, Japanese retailers, shipping carriers, hosting/database providers and professional advisers. Payment card data is handled by the payment processor rather than stored by this website.

Retention

We retain operational and transaction records only as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance and product-watch history. You may request access, correction or deletion subject to records we must retain.

International processing

Because customers and service providers may be located in different countries, information may be processed across borders where necessary to provide the service.
